溫哥華公立社區學院VCC，是台灣教育部認可的公立學院，為期兩年的專業課程，可以半工半讀，畢業後可提出申請三年工作簽證。課程中包括講座、案例研究、演講和演講嘉賓，將重點強調使用加拿大企業最近的案例研究，在課程的最後 14 週，學生將參加當地企業的實習(Workplace Practicum)。
